Super List Builder Anti-Spam & Email Policy

Effective Date: July 20, 2026

Super List Builder maintains a strict policy against spam, unsolicited commercial email, deceptive email practices, and abusive promotional activity.

This Anti-Spam & Email Policy applies to all Super List Builder members, affiliates, advertisers, Solo Ad users, and anyone promoting Super List Builder, its services, or an affiliate link.

By registering for or using Super List Builder, you agree to follow this policy, the Super List Builder Terms of Service, and all applicable email marketing and advertising laws.

1. What Super List Builder Considers Spam

For purposes of this policy, spam includes unsolicited, deceptive, abusive, or improperly distributed commercial communications.

Examples include, but are not limited to:

• Sending commercial email to individuals who did not agree to receive it
• Sending email to purchased, rented, scraped, harvested, copied, or stolen email lists
• Collecting email addresses from websites, social media pages, forums, directories, or public records without permission
• Using email-address-generating software or automated harvesting tools
• Continuing to email a recipient after a valid unsubscribe or opt-out request
• Using false, misleading, forged, or concealed sender information
• Using deceptive or unrelated subject lines
• Disguising a commercial email as a personal, transactional, or account-related message
• Sending repeated unwanted direct messages through social media or messaging platforms
• Posting substantially identical promotional messages repeatedly in groups, forums, comments, or communities
• Using automated “blasters” that promise delivery to thousands or millions of unknown recipients
• Using another person’s account, domain, server, or identity to conceal the source of a promotion

2. Permission-Based Email Marketing

Members who promote Super List Builder by email must use a permission-based mailing list.

A recipient should have knowingly provided their email address and agreed to receive the type of commercial communication being sent.

Acceptable methods may include:

• A clearly disclosed email subscription form
• A confirmed or double-opt-in mailing list
• A customer or member relationship where commercial email is legally permitted
• A legitimate safelist, list builder, or advertising platform whose users agreed to receive member advertisements
• Another lawful consent-based method that can be reasonably documented

Double opt-in is strongly recommended because it provides clearer evidence that the recipient requested the communications.

A prior business relationship does not give a member unlimited permission to send unrelated or ongoing promotional email. Members remain responsible for complying with applicable laws and honoring opt-out requests.

3. Purchased and Third-Party Email Lists

Members may not promote Super List Builder or a Super List Builder affiliate link through a purchased, rented, borrowed, shared, scraped, harvested, or improperly transferred email list.

A statement from a list seller claiming that a list is “opt-in” does not automatically establish that the recipients agreed to receive messages from the purchasing member.

Members are responsible for knowing how every address on their mailing list was obtained and what the recipient agreed to receive.

4. Email Identification and Content Requirements

Commercial email promoting Super List Builder or any affiliate offer must accurately identify the sender and the nature of the message.

Members must:

• Use accurate “From,” “To,” “Reply-To,” domain, and routing information
• Use a subject line that truthfully reflects the message content
• Clearly identify the message as advertising when required
• Include a valid physical postal address when required by applicable law
• Provide a clear and functioning method to unsubscribe or opt out
• Honor valid opt-out requests promptly and within the time required by law
• Avoid false, exaggerated, deceptive, or unsupported claims
• Clearly disclose material terms, costs, and conditions of the promoted offer

Members may not represent that their email was sent, authorized, approved, or endorsed by Super List Builder unless that statement is accurate and expressly permitted.

5. Unsubscribe and Opt-Out Requests

Commercial emails must provide recipients with a clear, noticeable, and usable method of requesting that future promotional emails stop.

Members must honor valid opt-out requests within ten (10) business days or any shorter period required by applicable law or the sending platform.

An unsubscribe method must remain capable of receiving requests for at least thirty (30) days after the commercial email is sent.

Members may not:

• Charge a fee to process an unsubscribe request
• Require the recipient to provide information beyond what is reasonably necessary to unsubscribe
• Require the recipient to log into an account merely to stop marketing emails
• Send additional promotional email after a valid opt-out has been processed
• Sell, transfer, or use an unsubscribed address for another commercial mailing list

An email address may be retained on a suppression list solely to ensure that future promotional messages are not sent to that address.

6. Super List Builder Solo Ads

Super List Builder may provide an internal Solo Ad service through which eligible members can submit promotional messages for delivery to participating Super List Builder members.

Super List Builder Solo Ads are different from members exporting email addresses or directly mailing other members.

Members are not given permission to collect, copy, export, scrape, harvest, or independently contact another member merely because both individuals use Super List Builder.

Solo Ad recipients may change their Solo Ad communication preferences or use the applicable unsubscribe method provided by Super List Builder.

Members submitting Solo Ads must comply with all Solo Ad rules, advertising standards, disclosure requirements, and applicable laws.

Solo Ads may not contain:

• False, deceptive, or misleading claims
• Unsupported earnings or income representations
• Misleading sender names or subject lines
• Phishing links, malware, spyware, or harmful code
• Illegal, infringing, obscene, hateful, or prohibited content
• Claims that Super List Builder endorses the promoted offer
• Content prohibited by the Super List Builder Terms of Service or Advertising Policy

Super List Builder may review, reject, edit, delay, pause, or remove a Solo Ad that violates this policy or presents an unreasonable legal, technical, reputational, or payment-processing risk.

Approval or delivery of a Solo Ad does not constitute an endorsement, verification, or guarantee of the promoted product, service, program, opportunity, or claim.

7. Essential Account Emails

Super List Builder may send essential transactional and service-related communications necessary to operate a member’s account.

These communications may include:

• Account verification messages
• Password resets and security notices
• Purchase, payment, refund, or billing information
• Commission and affiliate-account notifications
• Support-ticket responses
• Policy and Terms of Service updates
• Account suspension, termination, or compliance notices
• Important operational or service announcements

Essential account communications are not considered optional promotional Solo Ads and may continue while a member maintains an active account.

Members who no longer wish to receive essential account communications may request account closure, subject to any records Super List Builder must retain for legal, financial, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.

8. Email Bounces, Autoresponders, and Invalid Addresses

Members must maintain a valid email address capable of receiving essential Super List Builder communications.

Accounts generating repeated hard bounces, mailbox errors, spam-blocking responses, challenge-response messages, or disruptive autoresponder messages may have email-related features temporarily restricted.

Super List Builder may require the member to update or verify their email address before full account access is restored.

An account will not ordinarily be terminated merely because of a single temporary delivery failure. However, failure to maintain a valid contact address may result in suspension or closure when Super List Builder cannot reliably communicate important account information.

9. Affiliate Promotion Rules

Affiliates promoting Super List Builder must comply with this policy regardless of the email provider, software, platform, mailing service, contractor, agency, or third party used to send the promotion.

Affiliates are responsible for promotional activity conducted on their behalf.

Affiliates may not:

• Promote Super List Builder through unsolicited commercial email
• Use purchased or harvested leads
• Use misleading claims to obtain registrations or purchases
• Promise guaranteed traffic, sales, commissions, or income
• Claim that Super List Builder is an MLM, matrix, investment, or guaranteed-income opportunity
• Impersonate Super List Builder or an official Super List Builder representative
• Register misleading domain names or email addresses designed to appear official
• Use fake scarcity, fabricated results, or false testimonials
• Send promotions that violate the rules of the service through which they are distributed

10. Acceptable Promotional Channels

Subject to the rules of the applicable platform, members may promote Super List Builder through legitimate channels such as:

• Permission-based email lists
• Reputable safelists and list-building platforms
• Traffic exchanges and advertising exchanges
• Search-engine and pay-per-click advertising
• Social media advertising and content
• Blogs, websites, videos, and educational content
• Classified advertising
• Offline advertising
• Direct personal referrals that are not deceptive, abusive, or unwanted

Inclusion in this list does not mean every method or platform is automatically approved. Members must comply with the laws, terms, advertising rules, and communication policies governing the particular channel used.

11. Spam Complaints and Investigations

Super List Builder may investigate any complaint alleging spam, deceptive email, abusive promotion, or misuse of a Super List Builder name, domain, service, or affiliate link.

A member may be asked to provide reasonable records showing:

• How and when the recipient’s email address was obtained
• What disclosure appeared when the recipient subscribed
• The date, time, IP address, source page, or form associated with consent
• Whether a confirmation email was sent or confirmed
• A copy of the email and subject line involved
• The unsubscribe method included in the message
• The member’s actions after receiving the complaint or opt-out request

Failure to provide reasonable evidence of permission may be treated as a violation of this policy.

During an investigation, Super List Builder may temporarily suspend advertising, referrals, commissions, account access, or email-related privileges when reasonably necessary to protect members and service providers.

12. Enforcement

Depending on the nature, severity, history, and impact of a violation, Super List Builder may take one or more of the following actions:

• Issue a warning or require corrective action
• Remove or reject an advertisement
• Disable Solo Ad or email-related privileges
• Require proof of subscriber consent
• Hold commissions while a complaint is investigated
• Reverse commissions connected to prohibited promotion
• Suspend or terminate the member’s account
• Block associated accounts, email addresses, domains, devices, or IP addresses
• Report abusive activity to an email provider, hosting company, domain registrar, payment processor, or advertising platform
• Cooperate with regulatory, law-enforcement, or legal authorities when required or reasonably appropriate
• Seek recovery of costs or damages caused by the member’s conduct where legally permitted

Serious violations may result in immediate termination without a prior warning.

13. No Evasion of This Policy

Members may not evade this policy by using another person, business, contractor, mailing service, affiliate, domain, website, account, or software provider to conduct prohibited activity on their behalf.

A member remains responsible for promotions conducted under their direction, for their benefit, or using their Super List Builder affiliate link.

14. Reporting Spam or Abuse

To report suspected spam or abusive promotion involving Super List Builder, submit a support ticket through the Super List Builder Help Center:

Please include as much information as reasonably possible, such as:

• A copy or screenshot of the message
• The full email headers, when available
• The sender’s email address
• The subject line
• The date and time received
• The Super List Builder affiliate link or member information involved
• A brief explanation of why you believe the message violated this policy

15. Changes to This Policy

Super List Builder may update this Anti-Spam & Email Policy to reflect changes in our services, email practices, legal requirements, industry standards, or abuse-prevention procedures.

Revised versions will be posted on this page with an updated Effective Date. Continued use of Super List Builder after a revised policy becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

16. Governing Law, Jurisdiction, and Venue

This Anti-Spam & Email Policy and any dispute arising out of or relating to it shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Subject to any applicable law requiring a different jurisdiction or venue, any legal action or proceeding relating to this policy shall be brought in a state or federal court of competent jurisdiction located in or serving Brazoria County, Texas.
